whether the rim is repairable, really depends on the type of rim and colour.

e.g. advan rs gunmetal can, hyper silver cannot.

also chrome lip rims cannot.

sze kang is using german paint, claimed to be good, but if u spray the whole rim u got to ensure he use the same brand of paint, else he used 2 different paint, outer side of the rim use good one, the inner side is normal one. Hence after times, ur rim will have 2 tones colour cos of brake dust...

Good excuse to change color of the wheels.

Last time I have chrome ring. I cheapo & use silver car paint to paint over the kerb marks. Looks ok from far. Yap it sucks, but in my opinion, still better than scratch bodywork.

But lucky I now have black wheels. :D But the red halo rings seems to tear off at some areas. Where can do re-ring. Anyone knows?

recently i recommened 2 evo bros who had their inner wheels dented by a huge rock....repair was swift & cheap!!! & if the dent does not require extreme heat to soften the metal before they hydraulic bench press the wheel, the paint would be intact!!! (but that is provided if the wheels are good japan stuff)
