There are some good picture video on STOMP, but this isn't one of them.

The person who post is swa ku at best. Maybe the position of the licence plate is questionable, as its hard to make out his number with all the graphics. But thats about it.

Actually I think the poster may have an axe to grind with the evo bro.. if not why post? And purposely say that it is heavily modded.... Unless you had a race and lost or he make too much noise or what... why say that? So for me... I feel that STOMP sometimes a bit silly... But that is just me....
